François Hameury est un sculpteur utilisant tous les matériaux lui tombant sous la main, du fer, de l’acier, des métaux cuivreux, du bois, de la pierre, du sable ainsi que des pigments. Ce sculpteur a eu l’idée et la motivation de refaire totalement un Land Rover Leightweight de 1982, en utilisant ses propres matériaux. Le résultat est tout simplement hallucinant.

Voisin C6 Laboratoire sculpture

Voisin c6 Laboratoire - 2009 - Mixed media: Metal, rubber, leather.

This is a automotive sculpture I made last year. It's based on the Voisin C6 Laboratoire, without wanting to be a perfect scaled copy. I made this model to practise different welding techniques, It was my first metal shaping work.

I prefer to call it a sculpture, rather than a hand made model car. I was not aiming to make the perfect scale model (I don't even know what scale it is), but I wanted to make an interesting object, unpaited, so you can see how it's made, rusty, because that's what this material does after a while...

This sculpture is not for sale, for the moment. I enjoy looking at it every day!

Eternit Tempo

I saw this picture on Busbarn blog... Apparently the Slammed Eternit Tempo Matador is comming back to Belgium. Great! Hope it stays on the original wheels (for a while). Congatulations to the new owner. Can't wayt to see it.

I love this Ford Model A 'Bugatti' Speedster.
